Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1 , shredded
  Tomatoes 3 , chopped
  Chicken 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked and diced
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Cottage cheese 3 Ounce (Dry Or Drained To Taste)
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon
  Tortilla 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (In Triangles)
Directions

1. Arrange each ingredient in separate containers.
2. Build your salad in this order: lettuce, tomatoes, meat, onions, and cottage cheese. Top with Salsa and Tortilla Triangles.
