Salsa Tomato

Ingredients
  Sweet onion/Scallions 4 Ounce
  Green chili peppers 4 , peeled
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Garlic/1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop onions, chili peppers, tomatoes and garlic very fine, so that they are no longer identifiable separately.
Add monosodium glutamate and salt.
Let stand 1/2 hour before using (or keep several days in screw-top jar in refrigerator.
It can also be frozen).
