Ingredients
  Chopped carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced potatoes 2
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Beef broth 3 Can (30 oz) (Campbell's)
  Canned tomato sauce 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, S & W Tomato Garden / Mild Mexican Sauce)
  Canned tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, S & W Cut)
  Frozen corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Taco seasoning 1 1⁄4 Ounce
Directions

Cook vegetables in beef broth for about 20 minutes, then add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 30 minutes and serve with grated cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips
