Hamburger Taco Soup
|Canned whole kernel corn||15 Ounce|
|Canned pinto beans with juice||15 Ounce|
|Canned kidney beans with juice||15 Ounce|
|Canned tomatoes/1 quart homemade||26 Ounce (S & W Brand)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning||1 Ounce (1 Packet)|
Brown together and wash to remove fat; drain.
Add: Garnish: Place tortilla or corn chips (Fritos) in bottom of bowl.
Layer grated cheese.
Pour hot soup over and place sour cream on top with green onions.
