Chicken Pie Mexican Style has a Yummy taste. The mixture of butter, tomatoes, Salt and pepper gives the Chicken Pie Mexican Style Incredible taste.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 1 Pound, peeled, chopped (4 Small)
  Green chili peppers 2 , peeled, chopped (Add More As Per Taste)
  Cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cut up chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Unbaked 9 inch pie crust 1 (With Thick Outside Edge, Basic Pastry)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook onion in butter until tender.
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat until thick.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 400°F 20 to 30 minutes, until browned.
