Chicken Pie Mexican Style

Chicken Pie Mexican Style has a Yummy taste. The mixture of butter, tomatoes, Salt and pepper gives the Chicken Pie Mexican Style Incredible taste.
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Tomatoes||1 Pound, peeled, chopped (4 Small)|
|Green chili peppers||2 , peeled, chopped (Add More As Per Taste)|
|Cooked peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Cut up chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Unbaked 9 inch pie crust||1 (With Thick Outside Edge, Basic Pastry)|
Cook onion in butter until tender.
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat until thick.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 400Â°F 20 to 30 minutes, until browned.
