Beef Stew Mexican Style

The mexican beef stew is a savory and spicy stew made with beef. Cooked along with red wine and green chili salsa, this beef stew offers a great explosion of flavors. Herbed with oregano, this mexican beef stew is best served with homemade dinner rolls and a fresh garden salad.
|Lean stewing beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned green chili salsa||7 Ounce|
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to simmer; cook 3 hours or until meat falls apart
