Ingredients

Potato chips 5 Ounce (kettle cooked, regular flavor)
Shredded pot roast/Shredded cooked meat 2 Cup (32 tbs) , leftover
Grated cheddar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pickles 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (sweet
Topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chopped iceberg lettuce and tomatoes, if you like, sour cream and salsa to serve)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat broiler and keep it ready.

MAKING:

Lay chips as a single layer and spread meat over it.

Sprinkle cheese and pickles.

Broil for 2 minutes or until melted,

Top with lettuce, tomatoes and desired toppings.

SERVING:

Serve with sour cream, salsa and enjoy!
