|Potato chips||5 Ounce (kettle cooked, regular flavor)|
|Shredded pot roast/Shredded cooked meat||2 Cup (32 tbs) , leftover|
|Grated cheddar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pickles||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (sweet|
|Topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chopped iceberg lettuce and tomatoes, if you like, sour cream and salsa to serve)|
Preheat broiler and keep it ready.
Lay chips as a single layer and spread meat over it.
Sprinkle cheese and pickles.
Broil for 2 minutes or until melted,
Top with lettuce, tomatoes and desired toppings.
Serve with sour cream, salsa and enjoy!
