|Emmental cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (250 Milliliter)|
|Chicken pate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed (125 Milliliter)|
|Fresh spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and thinly sliced (250 Milliliter)|
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into pieces (50 Milliliter)|
|Mayonnaise salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 Milliliter, Light)|
|Whole wheat tortillas||4|
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the tortillas, and mix well.
Fill the tortillas with the mixture and roll.
Arrange the tortillas on a plate.
