Tomatillos | 9 , husks and stems removed, halved ((about 2 1/2 pounds)) | |
Cilantro | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
White onion | 1/2 Large , diced | |
Kosher salt | 2 Pinch | |
Serrano chiles | 3 , stems and seeds removed | |
Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) | |
Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Black pepper | 1 Pinch |
MAKING:
In a food processor, combine tomatillos, serranos, onion, kosher salt, cilantro and process until smooth.
SERVING:
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
