Ingredients

Tomato 1 , diced
Corn 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cubanelle pepper 1
Black beans 8 Ounce , rinsed
Shrimp 500 Gram
Shredded cheese 500 Gram
Tortilla chips 13 Ounce (1 bag)
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (from 1/2 lime)
Butter 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , melted
Chipotle and honey rub 2 Teaspoon , divided, 1 tsp for finishing
Black pepper To Taste
Chopped cilantro 2 1/2 Teaspoon , divided,

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven.

In a bowl, toss together shrimp, lime juice, spice rub, melted butter, black pepper and allow to sit for a while.

MAKING:

Arrange chips on a baking sheet lined with silicone mat.

Top with shredded cheese and other ingredients as shown in the video.

Pop into oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Garnish with cilantro.
