In this video, Jon makes delicious vegan Jackfruit Tacos from scratch.
Ingredients
Pineapple bbq sauce
  Chopped pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Vegan worchestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Liquid smoke 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cumin powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chipotle powder 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut palm sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Other ingredients
  Canned jack fruit 14 Ounce
Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan, put all ingredients of the barbecue sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Blend and season with salt.

2. In a pan, add 1/2 cup of the prepared sauce and jack fruit, crush and cook for about 5 minutes.

ASSEMBLING

3. Spread rice over tortillas, spoon some of the jack fruit mixture, followed by the other ingredients listed for assembling.

SERVING
4. Serve with your choice of beverage.
