Ingredients
For the mango salsa
  Finely chopped mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1 - 1 1/2 cups)
  Juice of lime 1
  Jalapeno 1 , deseeded and finely chopped (1 - 2)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Black pepper To Taste
For green salsa
  Tomatillo 1 , finely chopped
  Finely chopped cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Jalapeno 2 , finely chopped (1 - 2)
  Juice of lime 1
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

FOR THE MANGO SALSA

MAKING

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients and set aside for 5 minutes.

SERVING

  1. Serve salsa with tacos.

FOR GREEN SALSA
