Watermelon Nachos

You have to have fruit on a picnic! Here is an easy way to make a fruit salad into something more unique.
Ingredients
  Kiwi fruit 2 , cubed
  Mango 1 , cubed
  Watermelon 1 , sliced
For blueberry guacamole
  Avocado 1
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For topping
  Dried coconut 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING

  1. For the blueberry guacamole – in a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and mash well.

SERVING

  1. Top the watermelon slices with kiwi and mango, followed by the blueberry guacamole. Garnish with dried coconut and serve.
