Pulled Pork Tacos

I know the way to a man's heart on Father's Day, and I have something to do with tender, juicy, pork shoulder! Watch this video to see how easily you can make a feast for your favorite men this Father's Day!

Ingredients

Cumin 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pork shoulder 4 Pound , rinsed and cleaned (3
Canned mild salsa 16 Ounce
Corn tortilla/Flour tortillas 200 Gram

Directions

MAKING

In a bowl, mix together cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano and salt.

Place the pork shoulder in a large plate and rub all over with the seasoning mixture.

Place the pork in a crock pot and pour the jar of salsa around. Cook on low heat for 8-12 hours.

Remove the pork to a plate and using 2 forks, shred the into bite size pieces.

Pour a scoop or two of the juices into the pork and stir to combine.

Place the pork into the tortillas.

 

SERVING

Serve tacos with some guacamole.
