Broiled

Broiled is a term given to any dish that is made by the method of broiling. Broiled is quiet similar to grilled food. It is especially associated with meat and fish. There are three types of broiled food-proper broiled, pan broiled and oven broiled. Proper broiled food is made by broiling the meat or fish directly on the coal. Pan broiling is done by cooking food in a hot pan and oven broiled food is cooked in a pre-heated oven. Broiled or broiling is a perfect method for making low-calorie dishes. Usually, broiled foods don’t contain much of oil and fat. Steak cut is the ideal meat cut for broiling.
