Tuna And Corn Bake

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned cream style corn 17 Ounce
  Canned tuna 9 1⁄4 Ounce
  Saltine cracker 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In saucepan combine egg and milk; add corn.
Heat and stir till mixture bubbles.
Stir in tuna, 1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Turn into 1-quart casserole.
Melt butter; toss with 1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle atop casserole.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
