Pork And Corn Bread Bake

Ingredients
  Cubed pork 1 Pound
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Canned whole kernel corn 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)
  Corn meal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sweet pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place pork in 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 400° for 45 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, corn and salt.
Pour Topping over pork mixture.
Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Topping: Combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper flakes in mixing bowl.
Combine milk, egg and oil.
Add to dry ingredients all at once; stirring just until blended
