Pork And Corn Bread Bake
|Cubed pork||1 Pound|
|Canned tomato sauce||16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)|
|Corn meal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Sweet pepper flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
Place pork in 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 400° for 45 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, corn and salt.
Pour Topping over pork mixture.
Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Topping: Combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper flakes in mixing bowl.
Combine milk, egg and oil.
Add to dry ingredients all at once; stirring just until blended
