Scalloped Corn Bake
|Frozen corn||10 Ounce|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Melt butter in a 1 1/2 -quart glass loaf dish in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Set aside.
2. Pierce package of corn with a fork. Place on a paper towel. Cook in microwave oven 4 minutes at High.
3. Add corn to melted butter. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir into corn mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Set aside.
