This Scalloped Corn Bake is very delicious ! Baked and buttered corn spiced with pepper and garnished with bread crumbs is a feast for the famished ! You'll love this anytime snack. Just pour some savory sauces over this irresistible Scalloped Corn Bake and tell me if you've liked it.
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen corn 10 Ounce
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. Melt butter in a 1 1/2 -quart glass loaf dish in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Set aside.
2. Pierce package of corn with a fork. Place on a paper towel. Cook in microwave oven 4 minutes at High.
3. Add corn to melted butter. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir into corn mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Set aside.
