Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried whole tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pearl onions 6
  Green pepper To Taste, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Cherry tomatoes 12
Directions

Place livers in a shallow container.
Combine next 5 ingredients in a jar; cover and shake.
Pour marinade over livers; cover and chill 2 hours.
Cook onions in small amount of boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until just tender; drain.
Drain livers; bring marinade to a boil.
Arrange livers and vegetables on skewers; brush with marinade.
Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally with marinade.
