You will definitely be pleased with the results of this bread; it came out a little cheesy with a pepper taste. Spices like cardamom and cayenne give it a different taste.


 


Broccoli Sunflower Seed Soup



To truly appreciate the flavor of this broccoli sunflower seed soup, you need to not compare it to the broccoli cheddar soup.  This soup has a totally different flavor. The sunflower seeds and the lemon pepper seasoning give it an earthy nutty taste that you will find delightfully distinctive and delicious. Sunflower Walnut Pate
