Black Eyed Peas with Lemon Butter Sauce

This dish requires for the juice and zest of one lemon to bundle citrus brightness without wasting any of fruit. Adding parsley and the lemon zest makes the sauce striking as well as mouth-watering. Plum Butter

If you have large plums, you might want to quarter them.  Make sure they are pitted before you start with this recipe.  Place the sugar and plums in your slow cooker and leave this mixture to cook for 16 hours. It literally takes ten minutes in the kitchen and you will be in and out in no time. It makes a nutritious supper for those who are health conscious and will deliver your body great benefits. Use a stick on organic, unsalted butter, melt it and whisk in the orange juice and zest to make the sauce.


 


Butter Chicken 



The most delicious part about the dish is the sauce. This is made by heating and mixing butter, pureed tomatoes, and various spices along with fresh cream. Cashew paste can also be added, and will make the gravy richer and more savory. Of all the spices added to the dish it is dried fenugreek leaves that adds the most value to the characteristic flavor of the dish. Once the sauce is prepared, the prepared chicken is chopped and cooked until the gravy and chicken are mixed well. The dish may be garnished with butter, fresh cream, sliced green chilies.
