Roast Beef Wrap1 large flour tortilla
3-4 thin slices roast beef
Cream cheese
Lettuce
On the large tortilla spread cream cheese. Next put roast beef slices on the tortilla. Then put the lettuce on top of the roast beef. Roll up your wrap. Cut it in half. Put in a baggy for lunch for your.kid to enjoy.Recipe submitted by Jill, age 16

Sunshine Basil Wraps6-8 pieces turkey or chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup lettuce
Ranch dressing
Tomato-basil tortilla bread
First lay tortilla bread flat. Put slices of turkey or chicken and then cheese on top. Cook in microwave until cheese is melted (about 1 minute on high). Add lettuce, then spread Ranch dressing on top. Roll up your wrap and eat as a quick and healthy lunch.This recipe was submitted by Maggie, age 14.

Robin Hood Wrap1 package tortillas
Cold cuts, sliced from the deli (ham and turkey)
American cheese
Swiss cheese
Chopped veggies (lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, olives)
Mustard and mayonnaise
Lay a tortilla out flat and spread with mayonnaise, then mustard. Then layer with a slice of ham and a slice of turkey. Next add a slice of American cheese and a slice of Swiss cheese. Add lettuce, olives, cucumbers, and pickles. Roll up your wrap and cut into round bite-sized pieces. Pack in an airtight container. Simple to make and great for school lunches!  

California Roll Up1 whole wheat flour tortilla
4 slices deli shaved turkey breast
1 slice mozzarella cheese
4 thin slices cucumber
4 slices avocado
alfalfa sprouts
Layer tortilla with turkey breast, cheese, cucumber and avocado slices, and a handful of sprouts. Roll it up and slice in half. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Perfect for school lunches.

Tuna Tacos 1 large can of tuna
2 tablespoons coleslaw dressing
1 package coleslaw mix
12 flour tortillas
In a medium bowl mix the tuna, coleslaw mix and coleslaw dressing. Spoon into Tumaro’s Premium White tortillas. Serve with corn chips and salsa.

MethodPeanut Butter and Jelly Wrap1 Layout out one flour tortilla. Spread a layer of peanut butter over the center of the tortilla, leaving an inch clear around the edges. Spread a thin layer of jam or jelly over the peanut butter.2 Fold the left and right edges of the tortilla over about an inch, towards the center of the tortilla, then starting with the edge of the tortilla closest to you, roll up the tortilla. Cut the wrap in half with a sharp knife, in the center.

Place a couple of pieces of thinly sliced ham over the cream cheese.   Banana Wrap Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Flour tortilla or sandwich wrap
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Banana

PREPARATION:

Lay the sandwich wrap out and spread peanut butter on it. Peel the banana and lay it on the side edge of the wrap. Roll it up snuggly but not too tightly. If there are ends on the wrap tuck them over. Enjoy!       Crunchy Ham & Cheese Wrap My son thinks this is the coolest sandwich for lunch! He never "trades" at lunch when I make this one.

Ingredients

  Flour tortilla
  Lettuce
  Tomato wedges
3 slices Thin cooked ham
1 Slice American cheese
  Lite Mayo
  Baked Potato chips

Preparation

Spread mayo onto flour tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomato wedges, ham, and cheese down the center of the tortilla. Top with baked potato chips. Roll and fold the filled tortilla.

Peanut Butter Rolls

Ingredients

  Flour tortillas
  Peanut butter
  Jelly
  Raisins (optional)

Preparation

Spread peanut butter, then jelly on tortilla. Sprinkle with raisins. Roll up tortilla.


Cream Cheese Wraps

·         4 6-inch whole wheat tortillas ·         4 oz. low-fat cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, softened ·         1 cup finely-grated carrot ·         1/2 cup finely-chopped apple ·         1/2 cup raisins ·         1/2 cup chopped walnutsSpread about two tablespoons of cream cheese over each tortilla. Top with grated carrot, apple, raisins and walnuts, and wrap tightly. Cut in half or into bite-sized pieces.
