BEST Choices:

  • French Toast Sticks, 3 pieces: 240 calories, 0 mg cholesterol, 13 g fat, 1 g fiber, 2.5 g saturated fat, 4 g protein, 260 mg sodium.
  • Ham Omelet Sandwich: 290 calories, 85 mg cholesterol, 13 g fat,  4.5 g saturated fat, 1 g fiber,  870 mg sodium.

WORST Choices:

  • Huge Omelet Sandwich: 730 calories, 330 milligrams of cholesterol, 45 grams of fat, 16 grams of saturated fat, and 1,940 mg sodium.
