Cantaloupe And Peach Conserve
|Diced peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemons||2 , shredded|
|Diced cantaloupe||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Broken nuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except nuts.
Heat slowly to boiling, stirring until sugar is dissolved, then cook rapidly until thick.
Pour into clean hot glasses and seal with paraffin.
