Frosted Melon Mold

The frosted melon mold is a gelatin and melon salad prepared with added cream cheese mix. Any sweet melon of choice can be filled with the fruit gelatin and froted with cream cheese. I love to use the cantaloupe melons for this frosted melon mold!
Ingredients
  Melon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
  Fruit gelatin 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (As Required)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)
  Curly endive/Chicory 1 (As Required)
  French dressing/Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by peeling a whole melon
2.Then cut a slice from end and remove seeds
MAKING
3.Fill center with fruit gelatin and refrigerate until gelatin is firm
4.Slightly soften cheese with milk and frost the entire outside of melon
SERVING
5.Serve chilled
