Melon Sherry Cups

Ingredients
  Ogen melon 1 Medium
  Finely grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Maraschino cherries 4
Directions

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
Scoop out the flesh with a melon bailer or teaspoon and place in a bowl.
Add the orange rind and sherry and mix well.
Spoon the melon mixture back into the melon halves and decorate with the cherries.
Chill before serving.
Serve with cream.
