Melon En Surprise
|Fresh raspberries/Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh, Frozen Or Canned)|
|Grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Marsala wine/1 tablespoon kirsch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Pare whole cantaloupe; cut a 4 to 5 inch round opening in one end.
Scoop out bite sized pieces.
Combine melon pieces with raspberries or strawberries, pineapple, peach slices and grapes; sprinkle lightly with sugar and wine.
Fill melon with fruit; replace top.
Frost with cream cheese blended with milk; sprinkle with nuts.
Chill for 2 hours.
