Raspberry Melon Ring

Ingredients
  Frozen raspberries 30 Ounce, thawed
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Melon balls 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Drain raspberries, reserving 2 cups syrup.
Soften gelatin in lemon juice; dissolve in boiling water.
Stir in sugar, salt and rasp berry syrup.
Chill until partially set.
Add melon balls and raspberries.
Chill until firm.
