1. Slice off the tops of the melons and scoop out the seeds, pulp and all the flesh, without damaging the shell. Do not remove the flesh from the lids.
2. Slice the melon flesh into thin strips.
3. Peel the mangoes and kiwi fruits. Cut the mangoes into strips, slice and halve the kiwis. Combine all the fruit.
4. Put 1 teaspoon of Cointreau in each melon, spoon in the fruit mixture and replace the lids.
