Melon Ball Melange
|Watermelon balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Honeydew balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cantaloupe balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Triple sec/Other orange-flavored liquor||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped mint||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
Combine watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe in a 10- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine orange juice, lime juice, Triple Sec, 1 tablespoon mint leaves, and orange rind in container of an electric blender; process until mint is finely chopped.
Pour juice mixture over melon balls, stirring gently.
Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
Spoon into individual serving bowls; garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired.
