Honeydew melon | 1 Pound , cut in half, seeded and peeled, then sliced into desired number of slices (as needed) | |
Prosciutto slices | 16 , cut into 1 | |
For garnish | ||
Cilantro leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
Strawberry | 2 , sliced |
MAKING
1. Wrap each slice of honeydew melon with a strip of prosciutto.
2. Fasten at ends with toothpicks, if needed.
SERVING
3. On a serving platter, place melon slices in a design. Garnish with cilantro leaves and strawberry. Serve and enjoy!
