Western Melon Dessert
|Fresh fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honeydew melon||11 Gram|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
Chill fresh fruits.
Peel melon, cutting off small slice at one end to expose center cavity.
Remove seeds; drain.
Spread outer surface of melon, with exception of cut end, with softened cream cheese.
Place on cookie sheet; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut larger pieces of fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Place frosted melon on serving plate; fill center with fresh fruit.
Arrange remaining fruit to surround melon.
Slice melon crosswise; top each serving with fruit.
