Melon Butter

Ingredients
  Chopped cantaloupe/Papaya/peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Finely grated lime peel 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small saucepan, simmer fruit until softened or microwave fruit in a small microwave-safe dish on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
