Spiced Melon Balls

Ingredients
  Frozen melon balls 1 Pound
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen strawberries 1 Pound
  Whole cloves 6
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Frozen rhubarb 1 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) Thaw the melons and drain the juice from balls.
2) Take a saucepan and combine brown sugar, melon juice, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well.
3) Simmer for about 5 minutes.
4) Pour hot syrup over the melon balls.
5) Let stand until cool. Chill until ready to serve.

SERVING
6) Serve Spiced Melon Balls chilled.
