|Cantaloupe cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Fresh)|
|Fresh pineapple wedges||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fresh lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a bowl take cantaloupe and pineapple.
2) Add sugar, lime juice, and salt.
3) Pour the mixture on the fruit. Toss to combine.
4) Place in freezer to chill.
5) Serve in sherbet glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
