Water Melon Cups

Ingredients
  Gelatin 2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped watermelon 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped cashewnuts 3 Tablespoon
  Whipped cream 250 Gram (1 Cup)
  Rose essence 3 Drop (A Few Drops)
Directions

Soak gelatine in water for three minutes.
Put on extremely low heat for half a minute for gelatine to dissolve.
Combine coconut water, sugar, water melon, cashewnuts, gelatine and essence.
Beat cream until thick.
Fold in gelatine mixture.
Pour in small transparent bowls or one big serving bowl and leave to set in refrigerator.
Decorate with extra whipped cream if desired.
