Frosted Melon Mould
|Cantaloupe||1 Large (Yellow Meat Is Prettier)|
|Seedless grapes||1 Ounce (White Colored)|
|Lemon jello||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Knox gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|Cream cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Tablespoon|
Make a fruit jello using lemon jello and 1 package of unflavored Knox gelatin; add small white seedless grapes or any other desired fruit.
Peel the melon; cut slice from end and remove seeds; fill center with jello and fruit mixture.
Prop melon up in refrigerator until center congeals.
Replace slice cut from end.
Frost the entire melon with cream cheese thinned by heavy cream.
Return to refrigerator and chill 24 hours.
