Melon Appetizer

Ingredients
  Crenshaw melon 1 Medium
  Persian melon 1 Medium
  Lime juice/Juice of 1 large lime 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut melons in halves, remove and discard seeds.
Cut fruit into balls of different sizes, using melon (or French) ball cutter, or metal measuring spoons.
Place fruit and all juices in a deep bowl.
Mix together lime juice, honey, coriander, and nutmeg.
Blend with the melon.
Cover and chill.
