Melon With Prawns

Ingredients
  Prawns 8 Ounce (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Melon 1 Small
  Double cream 4 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped peppers 1 Tablespoon (Colored Green Or Red)
  Tarragon 1 Tablespoon (Colored Green Or Red)
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chopped peppers, tarragon and cream.
Season to taste, adding Tabasco with discretion.
Peel melon, take out seeds and dice the flesh.
Mix with sauce and the prawns.
