|Sugar free apricot gelatin/Sugar free orange gelatin package||4 Ounce (One 4 Serving Size, Jell-O Package, Brand Apricot Or Orange Flavor)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Banana||1 , sliced|
|Crushed pineapple can/One 8 1/4 ounces canned crushed pineapple in juice, well drained||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
Cut melon in half lengthwise; scoop out seeds and drain well.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in fruit.
Pour into melon halves.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Cut in wedges.
Serve with additional fresh fruit, cottage cheese and crisp greens, if desired.
Note: Chill any excess fruited gelatin in dessert dish.
