This Moroccan Lamb Sausage can be made ahead ready to serve your spouse or his friends on demand.
|Lean lamb||1 Pound|
|Ground coriander seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||6 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped onion||6 Tablespoon|
|Dried marjoram||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cumin powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Grind lamb and add parsley and onion; mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly; grind again.
Divide into four portions and, with moist hands, shape into sausages 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick and about 4 1/2 inches long.
