  Fennel stalks 4
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shallots 3 , chopped
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the vegetables into julienne strips and blend with remaining ingredients.
