|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), crushed with pinch salt|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Chicken pieces||6 (Half-Breasts Or Legs)|
|Lemon||1 , sliced wafer thin|
|Garlic sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Combine lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for at least 1 hour, turning several times. Brush grill rack with oil and add chicken pieces, skin side down. Cook under a preheated grill for about 10 minutes, then turn over. Continue to grill for a further 5 minutes then arrange slices of lemon on top and continue to grill further few minutes, until chicken is cooked. Serve with garlic sauce and salads. Serves 6.
