Ingredients
  Lemon 1 Large, juiced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed with pinch salt
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Chicken pieces 6 (Half-Breasts Or Legs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , sliced wafer thin
  Garlic sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for at least 1 hour, turning several times. Brush grill rack with oil and add chicken pieces, skin side down. Cook under a preheated grill for about 10 minutes, then turn over. Continue to grill for a further 5 minutes then arrange slices of lemon on top and continue to grill further few minutes, until chicken is cooked. Serve with garlic sauce and salads. Serves 6.
