Kibbe Naye is a yummy chicken Mediterranean dish with an original taste. The texture and flavor of this dish is mouthwatering. You just have to try the Kibbe Naye recipe!
Ingredients
  Bulgur 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lean minced lamb 500 Gram
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green shallots 1
Directions

Make Kibbe mixture. Divide it into 8 parts. Shape each into rounds about 1.25cm thick and make an indentation in each with the thumb. Transfer the rounds to a platter, pour a little oil into each indentation and garnish the dish with strips of green shallots. If liked, accompany with a small bowl of Hot Pepper And Onion Paste. Serves 8.
HOT PEPPER AND ONION PASTE: Grind together in a blender or food processor 1 quartered onion and 1 small hot red chili.
