Yummy and unique Greek Baklava Muffins have always been a success at my parties. Everyone loves the Greek Baklava Muffins and refuses to part with their share. Try this tasty Greek Baklava Muffins recipe for yourself.
Ingredients
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix filling ingredients together in a small bowl.
Set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and sugar in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk egg, melted butter and buttermilk.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring quickly until mixed.
Fill greased muffin cups one-third full, add one tablespoon filling, then cover with batter until two-thirds full.
Sprinkle any remaining filling on top.
Bake until golden brown.
Remove from muffin tins and drizzle with honey.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes
