Mediterranean Herb Muffins
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped basil/Finely chopped fresh oregano||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Butter milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and garlic powder.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
In another bowl, whisk egg with melted butter and buttermilk.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing for only 10 seconds.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until done.
Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes
