Syrian Sesame Muffins is simply one of the best muffins I have come across. These are easy to make and anyone with a sweet tooth will fall in love with it! Try this Syrian Sesame Muffins recipe and you will understand why.
Ingredients
  Unbleached flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Roasted sesame seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Buttermilk 41010 Cup (656160 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, white and brown sugar, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
Whisk egg with buttermilk, melted butter and sesame oil.
Make a well in dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients quickly.
Spoon batter into muffin tins and sprinkle tops with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden brown.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes
