Zucchini Moussaka

Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Pound, sliced into thin rounds
  Beef/Lamb 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Green bell pepper To Taste, diced
  Black pepper To Taste
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash and trim the zucchini.
Slice into thin rounds.
Set aside.
In a bowl mix together the meat, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, salt and black pepper.
In a lightly greased baking serving dish layer one-half the zucchini over the bottom.
Spread with one-half the meat mixture.
Cover with the remaining zucchini.
Top with the rest of the meat mixture.
Pour in the water.
Cover and bake at 350 degree twenty to thirty minutes.
If you prefer, you can cook the moussaka, covered, on top of the stove for approximately the same length of cooking time.
