Middle Eastern Style Raw Kibbe

A raw food recipe for Middle Eastern Kibbe–one of my favorite (past) foods! I literally had no idea how to make this and couldn’t find a recipe online, so I just created it myself. I have to say it turned out pretty good! ;-) Take a look and enjoy…
Ingredients
  Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs), rinse well
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked 20 min. then rinsed well
  Onion 1⁄2
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  All spice 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Tamari 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Pinch
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combined all ingredients in food process except for the Pine Nuts. Add in Pine nuts at the end just to mix throughout.

Mold into desired shapes and place on Teflex Sheet. Dehydrate on 135 for 3-4 hours, turn over and remove Teflex Sheet. Dehydrate more at 118 for another hour or until crisp on out side and warm on inside.

Serve with Lebanese Salad, Hummus and olives :-) Yummy!

Looking for a RAW kibbe recipe, I found your video. Aside from the comment from the woman about raw kibbe, I found your comments about Obama stupid. Now six months later don't you feel really idiotic having voted for this Marxist orientated fool. But what can you expect from two, out of millions, of deluded libs like yourselves? Get real raw is better, whimp!
