A raw food recipe for Middle Eastern Kibbe–one of my favorite (past) foods!
I literally had no idea how to make this and couldn’t find a recipe online, so I just created it myself.
I have to say it turned out pretty good! ;-)
Take a look and enjoy…
1 Cup (16 tbs), rinse well
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked 20 min. then rinsed well
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Combined all ingredients in food process except for the Pine Nuts. Add in Pine nuts at the end just to mix throughout.
Mold into desired shapes and place on Teflex Sheet. Dehydrate on 135 for 3-4 hours, turn over and remove Teflex Sheet. Dehydrate more at 118 for another hour or until crisp on out side and warm on inside.
