Bitesize Broiled Falafel
|Garbanzo beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped cilantro/Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame butter/Other nut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In the work bowl of a food processor or the container of an electric blender, combine garbanzo beans, cilantro, sesame butter, garlic, egg, cumin, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Process or blend until smooth.
Drop by teaspoons onto a greased baking sheet, flatten each portion.
If desired, brush with vegetable oil.
Broil, 4 to 5 inches from the heat, 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
Serve warm with yogurt dips.
